      采用APDL建立了面向CAE的模头流道参数化模型,用分步单元划分策略和壁面滑移边界条件,完成了复杂型材熔体在模头内流动过程的三维数值模拟,获得了流道内的速度分布和压力分布.在此基础之上,以模头出口处型材截面上各子区域平均流速相等为优化目标,对模具流道的结构参数进行了优化设计,优化后流动平衡性有显著提高.复杂型材SF56流道结构参数的优化设计和实验,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性.

      The CAE-oriented parametric model of extrusion die is established by the APDL, and the stepwise meshing strategy and the boundary condition of wall slip are applied, 3-D numerical simulation of the flowing process of plastics melt of complex profile in die channel is fulfilled and the velocity distribution and pressure distribution in die channel are gained. Based on the results of finite element analysis, the optimization objective of the model is that the average current velocity of each domain in the cross sections of extrusion profile is equal, and some important structure parameters of die are optimized. The flowing balance of plastics melt is improved after optimization. The correctness and validity of the method are illustrated through the optimization design and the experiment of extrusion die for SF56 profile.
