      针对经典模糊聚类迭代模型中不考虑聚类指标权重的缺点,基于可变模糊集理论给出了考虑模型参数指标权重变化的可变模糊聚类迭代模型.当模型中优化准则参数\%α\%等于2,模型参数指标权重为等权重时,可变模糊聚类迭代模型为广泛采用的Bezdek模糊聚类ISODATA (iterative self organizing data)迭代模型(Bezdek参数\%β\%等于2),即ISODATA迭代模型是可变模糊聚类迭代模型的特例.水资源系统中应用的实例及计算结果表明聚类成果符合实际,模型具有收敛于全局极小点的良好性能.
英文摘要:
      In order to avoid defects of classical fuzzy clustering iterative model, variable fuzzy clustering iterative model (VFCIM) based on variable fuzzy set theory is introduced. Changes of indexes weight of model parameters are considered in the VFCIM. When the optimal criterion parameter \%α\% equals 2, and model parameters indexes have the same weight, VFCIM is Bezdek fuzzy clustering ISODATA (iterative self organizing data) iterative model (Bezdek parameter β equals 2), namely, ISODATA iterative model is a special case of variable fuzzy clustering iterative model. The result of the case study shows that VFCIM clustering results have a nice agreement with the fact, and the model is convergent to global minimal point.
