使用12 mm直径的TiAlN涂层的整体硬质合金圆柱立铣刀,对热处理硬度为 41 HRC 的3Cr2Mo(AISI P20)钢进行了高速侧铣试验.利用表面轮廓仪测量了表面粗糙度.通过单因素试验结果和正交试验结果分析,研究了切削速度、每齿进给量和切削宽度对表面粗糙度的影响,得出影响表面粗糙度的主要因素是每齿进给量和切削速度,并建立了表面粗糙度试验预测模型.试验中所使用的切削参数为主轴转速8 000 20 000 r/min,每齿进给量0.025 0.125 mm/tooth,切削宽度0.1 0.3 mm. |

Using 12 mm diameter solid carbide straight end mills with TiAlN coating, a 3Cr2Mo(AISI P20) steel at 41 HRC was machined at high cutting speed. The workpiece surface roughness was measured with a surface roughness tester. The effects of cutting speed, feed rate and radial depth of cut on the surface roughness were investigated by analysis of orthogonal experiment and single factor analysis. The results show that feed rate and cutting speed are most sensitive to surface roughness. Furthermore, the mathematical model for the surface roughness in high-speed side milling of hardened 3Cr2Mo steel is proposed. The cutting parameters tested are: spindle speeds in the range of 8 000 to 20 000 r/min, feed rate variation from 0.025 to 0.125 mm/tooth, and radial depth of cut from 0.1 to 0.3 mm. |
