      根据现场实地调查的结果,对“5·12”汶川大地震后学校砌体建筑物的破坏情况进行了归纳总结.将调查的房屋破坏类型分为主体结构破坏、局部破坏和非结构构件破坏.另外,为便于分析和查找原因,将主体结构的破坏程度划分为整体倒塌、严重破坏但不倒塌以及中等损坏等几种类型.分析了造成结构出现这些不同程度破坏的原因,指出房屋所在地的地震烈度、是否符合抗震设计要求以及结构是否存在多道抗震防线是造成结构出现不同破坏程度的主要原因.最后,对学校砌体结构建筑物建议从建筑设计的规则性、多道抗震防线等方面提高抗震设防水平.
英文摘要:
      In terms of the results of in-site investigation of Wenchuan earthquake which occurred on 12 May, 2008, the seismic damage of school masonry structural buildings is presented and summarized. The damage of masonry structures is basically clarified as damage of the principal structure, destruction of some local parts of a building as well as the damage of non-structural elements. Additionally, as the damage degree of the principal structure is concerned, it is further divided into 3 levels of damage, i.e., collapse of the total structure, heavy damage but not collapse and the moderate damage. The major causes resulting in different damage degrees of the masonry structures are commonly attributed to the following reasons: different seismic intensity where the structure exists; whether the building is designed or constructed to meet the requirements of seismic fortification; and whether the building has a multi-fortification system. Finally, for the school masonry buildings, it is suggested to take some measures, such as the regular architecture and structure design, multi-fortification system, to devate the seismic fortification level.
