| 分析了农业水权转让价格构成，建立了以“节水投入+转让补偿”为基础的“两部制”定价模型；重点研究其中的农业水资源价值及补偿费用，提出了相应的简化模型；最后，以大连市农业节水规划为基础，应用模型计算大连市农业水资源价值、工程费用及补偿费用，确定了大连市农业水权转让价格，并对模型各参数进行了灵敏度分析．案例分析结果表明该计算结果合理，模型简单实用，资料易得，可以为工程实践中水权转让价格的确定提供参考． |

| Through analyzing the composition of agricultural water rights transfer price, a pricing model is established based on a two-part model including investment for water-saving and compensation fee. The agricultural water resources value and compensation fee are mainly researched, and the corresponding sub-models are established respectively. Based on the water-saving planning in Dalian, the agricultural water rights transfer price is determined with the model by calculating agricultural water resources value, engineering fee and compensation fee, and the sensitivity analysis is carried out for parameters in the model. The result of case study in Dalian shows that the obtained results are reasonable and the model can be easily used to determine the agricultural water rights transfer price. The proposed model can offer important reference to water rights transfer engineering. |
