采用细观力学方法研究湿态混凝土中孔隙及孔隙水对材料初始力学性能的影响.混凝土材料细观孔隙分为活性孔隙和非活性孔隙两类,其中活性孔隙湿态情况下将由孔隙水填充.将非活性孔隙和孔隙水作为两类夹杂,理想无孔隙混凝土作为基体,基于等效夹杂理论和Mori-Tanaka平均场的思想建立了双类夹杂模型.该模型考虑了不同饱和度孔隙水的水化效应和粘滞性对混凝土力学性能的影响.理论结果和试验数据比较表明,该模型可以较为准确地预测孔隙及孔隙水对混凝土弹性模量的影响. |

The effects of pore and pore water on the overall initial mechanics properties of concrete in moist condition are investigated by employing the theory of micromechanics. Concrete is a porous material with two pore types, active pore and entrained non-active pore, and the former will be filled with water in moist environment. The non-active pore and the pore water in active pore are considered as two types of inhomogeneous inclusion. Based on the effective inclusion theory and the Mori-Tanaka′s concept of average field, a double inclusions model is proposed. The influences of further hydration and water viscosity in pore on the mechanics property of concrete in different saturated degrees are considered in this model. The theoretic results compare well with the previous test data and illustrate that it can be used to predict the initial elastic modulus of moist concrete. |
