| 挣值管理方法是有效的项目集成管理工具．在进度挣值理论的基础上,分析了挣值管理实际中的挣值分配问题,说明了挣值分配问题是项目运行中的常见情况,是原方法在成本绩效评价中产生保守估算结果的主要原因．针对这一问题,进一步提出了计划外挣值和风险挣值的概念,对原挣值管理的成本绩效评价方法进行了修正．比较分析显示,修正后的方法在大部分生命周期内都给出了较原方法更为可靠的完工成本评价结果,综合预测精度较原方法有了明显提高． |

| Earned value management method is an effective tool of project integrated management. Based on the theory of earned schedule, the problem of earned value distribution is discussed. The problem, which commonly happens during the implementation, is a main reason causing the conservative evaluation results by means of the original method. To solve the problem, the concepts of unexpected earned value and earned value of risk are defined, and the cost performance evaluation method of project is revised. By using the revised method, a more reliable evaluation result of complete cost is proposed in the most life cycles, and the overall forecast accuracy is improved. |
