      在齿式联轴器不对中啮合力模型基础上,基于有限元分析建立了齿式联轴器不对中转子-轴承系统动力学方程,通过数值仿真和试验测试研究了联轴器不对中对转子-轴承系统动力学特性和稳定性的影响规律.结果表明:虽然齿式联轴器具有一定的不对中补偿能力,但不对中仍会导致其连接转子系统的倍频振动,且倍频振幅随着不对中量的增加而增加.在转子-齿式联轴器-轴承系统不对中量增加过程中,油膜振荡和齿式联轴器自激振荡交替或耦合影响系统的稳定性.因此,不对中转子-联轴器-轴承系统的振动比较复杂,蕴含着丰富的非线性振动现象,在研究时应充分考虑啮合力和油膜力的耦合效应.
英文摘要:
      Meshing force model of misaligned gear coupling was derived, and dynamic equation of rotor-bearing system considering the influence of misaligned gear coupling was established based on finite element analysis. The influence of misalignment on dynamics and stability of rotor-gear coupling-bearing system was studied with numerical simulation and experiments. Research results show:Although the gear coupling has some misalignment compensation ability, the misalignment can still cause the harmonic vibration of rotor system connected by it, and the amplitude of harmonic vibration increases with the raises of misalignment. During the misalignment increasing of rotor-gear coupling-bearing system, oil whipping and gear coupling self-oscillation affect the system stability alternately or jointly. Therefore, the vibration of misaligned rotor-gear coupling-bearing system which implicates abundant nonlinear phenomena is very sophisticated, and the coupling effect of meshing force and oil force should be considered well.
