      基于可靠性原理,假设一条实船发生碰撞和搁浅损伤,采用第二水平法对船体梁纵向强度的可靠性进行了分析.当原始变量呈非正态分布时,根据Rackwitz-Fiessler法对变量进行了等效处理,基于增量-叠代法求解损伤船体极限强度,并运用Rosenbluthe法求解损伤船舶极限强度的统计特征.实船计算结果表明方法是实际可行的.

      Level-2 method is used to analyze the reliability of a ship hull girder′s longitudinal strength in collision and grounding events based on reliability principle. Non-normal distribution variables are equivalently treated by Rackwitz-Fiessler method. The ultimate strength of hull girder after damage is solved by incremental iteration method, and the statistic features of ultimate strength are solved by Rosenbluthe method. The experimental results indicate that the methods are feasible.
