| 针对决策者属性权重信息不完全条件下的多粒度不确定语言型多属性群决策问题,提出了一种决策分析方法．该方法首先使用二元语义转换函数对多粒度语言信息进行一致化处理,然后通过建立使得备选方案对正理想解相对熵最小、负理想解相对熵最大的最优化模型确定决策者的属性权重,最后使用不确定二元语义变量的有序加权平均算子获得决策群组的评价结果,并通过计算备选方案优于其他方案的可能度,给出备选方案的排序．算例说明了所提方法的可行性和有效性． |

| For multiple attributes group decision-making problems with multi-granularity uncertain linguistic information and incomplete attribute weighted information of the decision-makers, a decision analysis method is proposed. The method, firstly, uniforms the multi-granularity linguistic information using a two-tuple linguistic transformation function. Then, an optimization model, which aims to minimize the relative entropy of the alternatives to the positive ideal solution and maximize the relative entropy of the alternatives to the negative ideal solution, is established to determine the attribute weights of the decision-makers. Finally, the uncertain two-tuple ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator is utilized to obtain the decision group′s evaluation on the alternatives. By calculating the possibility degree to which the alternative is superior to others, the alternatives can be ranked. The numerical example illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
