      针对离心式通风机中闭式叶轮通道的五轴数控粗加工,提出了一种用圆锥面截取叶轮流道的分层加工方法,该圆锥面由叶轮子午面内的直母线绕叶轮轴线回转形成,这种分层方法可以使每一截面的加工区域均由4条曲线围成,保证每一层刀具路径的形状相似.在此基础上,给出了适合流道分层加工的等参数环切和螺旋加工2种刀具路径规划方法.该方法简单、效率高,非常适合于通道类零件的粗加工.
英文摘要:
      A new layered milling method, using conical surface for layering the channel, is presented for 5-axis NC rough machining of centrifugal ventilator closed impeller channel. The conical surface is formed by rotating the straight line of blade on meridian plane around the impeller axis. This layered method can make each processing region of conical section consist of four curves and have similar topology shape. Then, the contour parallel tool path and the spiral tool path which are suitable for layered machining, are described. This method is very suitable for rough machining of channel parts, and is also simple and efficient.
