| 天然气市场的快速发展带动了我国对进口液化天然气(LNG)的大量需求,而国内的二次转运任务提出了对小型LNG船的需求．首先介绍小型LNG船的功能、特点及国内外发展现状,并以国标(CB/T 3886—2002)为参考,提出一套适用于已建造并投入使用的小型LNG船先进性等级的评价指标体系和相应评价方法．分析和计算实例表明,该先进性等级评价方法应用于同类型的小型LNG船的先进性评估是适用和有效的,可用于判断其是否达到预期效果并发现存在的问题,从中吸取经验教训,对今后的小型LNG船的设计建造起到一定的指导作用．与此同时,该指标体系及评价方法也是对相关国家标准的有益补充． |

| The great demand for imported liquefied nature gas (LNG) of our country is driven by the rapid development of the nature gas market. And the task of domestic LNG transshipment puts forward the requirements for miniature LNG carrier. Firstly, miniature LNG carriers are introduced from their functions, characteristics and the domestic and foreign development situations. Then, the advanced-grade evaluation criteria system and method of miniature LNG carrier is proposed with CB/T 3886-2002 for reference. The availability of grade evaluation method for miniature LNG carrier is proved. The method may be used to evaluate the carrier′s advanced levels among the same type ones, appraising if the miniature LNG carrier achieves the desired results and finding the existing problems to guide the further design and manufacture. At the same time, this evaluation criteria system and method will be beneficial to the national standard of the function level grade calculation system of ships and ocean structures. |
