      受生物界凹坑形非光滑减阻耐磨表面的启发,以XL-2V型发动机为试验对象,根据活塞缸套运动副摩擦特点,以及发动机活塞失效形式,由三水平三因素正交表制订了9种仿生孔形试验方案.在发动机活塞裙部表面加工出优化后的变孔径、变行间距、凹坑和通孔交错的宏观仿生孔.通过发动机台架试验,检测出活塞磨损率和气缸压力变化率两个试验指标,对比验证仿生孔形活塞优于标准活塞的减阻、耐磨特性.得出试验优化设计的主次因素为孔径、孔分布类型和孔类型,最优水平为交错形、凹坑形和孔径甲.
英文摘要:
      Motivated by the non-smooth surface with concave of biological world, which has the properties of friction-reduction and wear-resistance, with XL-2V engine as the experimental object, based on the characteristics of joint friction of piston & cylinder liner and failure modes of engine piston, nine test plans are generated by three levels and three factors orthogonal table. On the surface of the piston skirt of engine, macroscopic bionic holes are machined, which have optimized variable hole diameter, variable line spacing and alternating pits and through-holes. By engine bench test, two test indexes are obtained, which are wear rate of piston and cylinder pressure change rate. It is verified that the bionic hole piston is better than the standard one on friction-reduction and wear-resistance. The results of experimental optimization design are as follows: the primary and secondary factors are hole diameter, hole distribution and hole style, and the optimal level is stagger form, pit form and hole diameter I.
