利用原位傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术对CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2催化剂上的甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应机理进行了研究。结果表明:甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应主要由甲醇脱氢解离,甲酸甲酯转化和逆水气变换三个过程组成。副产物CO主要是由CO2和H2经逆水气变换反应而生成的,这是造成甲醇水蒸气重整后的CO含量总是低于热力学平衡浓度的原因。 |

The mechanistic research of methanol steam reforming was investigated over CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2 by FT-IR. The results showed that the methanol steam reforming was consist of methanol dehydrogenation, the methyl formate hydrolysis and the reverse water gas shift (RWGS). The CO formation was mainly through the RWGS reaction which was the reason that the CO level in the reforming gas was below the equilibrium concentration. |
