在舰船发生破损时,快速有效地实施损管,是维持舰船生命力的关键。而良好的抗沉辅助决策,是快速有效进行舰船抗沉的重要保障。针对现有抗沉辅助决策系统存在抗沉方案生成时间较长、实施较复杂的问题,本文将逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)应用于舰船不沉性系统研究,生成一套操作简便、抗沉方案生成快捷简便且易于实施、计算精确满足实际要求的舰船抗沉辅助决策系统。通过实船案例计算验证了系统的可靠性、快速性、操作便捷性和精确度满足实用要求。 |

Quick and efficient damage control is the key to maintain the vitality of warship when the naval vessel is damaged. As a result, excellent counter-flooding decision aid is an important guaranty for quickly and efficiently implementing anti-flooding action. Aiming at solving the problem of present counter-flooding decision aid system always providing counter-flooding decision which is time-consuming and complex operating, this paper will apply the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) to the naval vessel floodability system. In this way, a Counter-Flooding Decision Aid System with the characteristic of easy operated, fast and simple in providing counter-flooding scenario which will be simply implement and enough accurate in actual requirements is hoping to be built. Finally, a oil spillage emergency disposal ship will be used as a simulation example to test that the reliability, rapidity, convenience for operation and accuracy of the system exactly meet the requirements. |
