      为提高电加热融冰雪路面的效率和解决既有方案的不足,提出了一种电热沥青膜方案,并对其材料组成和材料性能进行了深入研究。电热沥青膜所用导电胶浆由石墨、短切碳纤维与沥青混合而成,其电阻率低至1×10-2Ω.m,可按粘层或封层工艺铺筑于层间。模拟工程状态进行的导电性能试验表明,按粘层用量铺设的沥青膜即可达到融冰功率所需的电阻值,且其连续性不受施工过程显著影响。同时,力学性能试验表明导电胶浆铺设的沥青膜完全满足层间抗剪切和抗拉拔的技术要求。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the efficiency of electric heating system for deicing pavement and solve problems of current techniques, the author introduced a electric heating film method and made some advanced study on its material components and material performance. The electric heating asphalt film was made of conductive mortar mixed by graphite, short carbon fiber and asphalt. The film whose resistivity could be low as 1×10-2Ω?m would be paved between layers by the construction technology of tack coat or seal coat. Conductive performance tests conducted by the state of engineering simulation proved that it has achieved the resistance value of deicing power if it is paved by the dosage of tack coat and its continuity would not significantly affected by the construction process. At the same time, the mechanical property tests showed that the asphalt film made of conductive mortar can fully meet the anti-shear and anti-drawing technical requirements between layers.
