      针对由预应力混凝土上面板、沥青砂应力吸收层、连续配筋混凝土下面板组成的“三明治”式路面结构在受不同重载车辆冲击下的加速度反应进行试验研究。首先,利用埋设在上、下路面板内的加速度计,分别测试了在轴重为100kN、200kN、300kN的3组重载车辆冲击下上、下路面板的加速度反应谱,并采用上、下路面板加速度幅值的比值的统计均值作为应力吸收层的应力吸收系数。然后,对上述3组加速度反应谱进行傅里叶变换,获得频率谱。试验结果表明:在上述3组重载车辆冲击作用下,上面板加速度峰值分别为0.022、0.059、0.039 ms-2,下面板分别为0.01、0.025、0.015 ms-2,应力吸收系数分别为3.38、3.46、3.15。该结果表明“三明治”式复合路面结构中应力吸收层能有效缓解重载车辆对路面板的冲击,其适合于在重载交通中应用。

      The accelerations of the “Sandwich” type composite pavements, which consist of three components, namely, the Cross Tensioned Concrete Pavements (CTCPs), the Asphalt Sand (AS) stress-absorbing layer, and the Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP), from top to down, were developed under different traffics loads. First, the acceleration spectrums of the double plates of the composite pavements, under the axle loads of 100kN, 200kN, and 300kN, respectively, were measured by the embedded accelerometer. The universal mean of the accelerations ratio of the CTCP to CRCP was defined as the stress-absorbing ratio of the AS layers that were obtained by statistical analysis of the test data. After that, The 3 groups of the frequency spectrums of the pavements were received from the Flourier transformation. The test results show that the acceleration max peak values of the CTCP in composite pavements were 0.022, 0.039, and 0.059ms-2. The values of CRCP were 0.01, 0.015, and 0.025ms-2. The mean of the stress-absorbing ratio of the AS layers was 3.38, 3.15, and3.46. It can be known that the composite pavement is adapted to the application in the heavy traffic, because the stress-absorbing layer can effectively decrease the pounding of the heavy loads on the pavements.
