      利用Brinson模型为基础,结合平面轴对称问题中的拉梅公式,推导出计算形状记忆合金管道接头接触面上径向压应力的简化模型,并对形状记忆合金管道接头结构进行数值模拟。对三组FeMnSiCr系形状记忆合金管道连接件与被连接钢管进行了高温连接试验,并测试了连接后管接头结构的拉脱力大小,通过经验公式可得到管接头结构接触面上径向压应力大小,该试验值与数值模拟结果进行对比,验证了理论模型的可用性
英文摘要:
      Based on the Brinson’s constitutive model of shape memory alloys (SMA), a simplified constitutive model to calculate the radial compressive stress on the contact surface of SMA pipe coupling is deduced by combination with the lame formula of plane axial symmetry problem. To verify the proposed model, three groups of SMA (main ingredients include Iron, manganese, silicon and chromium) pipe fittings structures are fabricated by high temperature connect experiment and the pulled off force of the structures are measured. The consistent results by numerical simulation and experiments show that the simplified constitutive model is effective and capable of providing a certain basis for the applications of SMA pipe joint.
