      锚拉板广泛用于钢箱梁斜拉桥中,但锚拉板与锚管连接处的倒圆角处存在应力集中,在动力荷载作用下容易发生疲劳破坏。本文以大连某斜拉桥为工程背景,对其锚拉板疲劳性能展开理论分析与试验研究。首先通过临界距离理论(Theory of Critical Distance,TCD)对锚拉板的疲劳强性能进行理论分析,通过“线法”得到锚拉板等效当量应力为141Mpa。然后进行疲劳试验,试验模型比例为1:1.5。由试验测得锚拉板的最大等效应力为30Mpa,最大变形3mm,锚拉板在施加荷载过程中处于弹性工作状态。在200万次的疲劳加载后并无发现裂纹,没有出现疲劳破坏。理论分析和疲劳试验结果表明,该斜拉桥锚拉板式索梁锚固结构在设计寿命期内,不会发生疲劳开裂。

      Anchor plate are widely used in steel box girder cable-stayed bridges,but there is stress concentration at the connection between the anchor plate and the anchor pipe,which is prone to fatigue failure under dynamic load. In this paper,a cable-stayed bridge in Dalian is an engineering background,and the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the fatigue performance of its anchorage plate are carried out. First of all,the theoretical analysis of the fatigue performance of the anchor plate is carried out by the theory of critical distance theory (TCD).The equivalent stress of the anchor plate is 141Mpa.Then perform a fatigue test with a test model ratio of 1:1.5.The maximum equivalent stress of anchor plate is 30Mpa and the maximum deformation is 3mm. The anchor plate is in elastic working state during the loading process. After 2 million fatigue loads without cracks,no fatigue failure occurred. The theoretical analysis and fatigue test results show that the cable-stayed anchor plate will not experience fatigue cracking during the design life.
