针对废旧零件不确定性引起的零件再制造过程的能耗评估困难问题,建立基于图形评审技术(Graphical Evaluation and Review Technology, GERT)的再制造过程能耗模型。首先,分析了零件再制造过程中能耗特性及能耗不确定性的原因,阐述零件再制造过程各工序能量消耗的一般规律。其次,基于GERT方法建立了零件再制造过程能耗模型,给出了不同再制造处理方式的概率和期望能耗的计算方法。最终以发动机曲轴的再制造过程为案例对所提出的模型和方法进行了验证,并与Arena软件仿真结果进行了对比分析,验证了结果的合理性。 |

In this paper, a energy consumption model based on Graphical Evaluation and Review Technology (GERT) is proposed with regard to the difficulty in assessing the energy consumption in the part remanufacturing.Firstly, we analyzed part remanufacturing and reasons of energy consumption uncertainty and illustrated the general law of energy consumption in each remanufacturing process. Secondly, this study established GERT-based energy consumption model of used parts remanufacturing and proposed a computational approach for probability and expected energy consumption. Finally, engine crankshaft remanufacturing was taken as an illustrative case to validate the proposed model and method. A comparison with simulation results of Arena software was conducted to examine the feasibility of our results. |
