      针对回转工况下基础变形导致履带式起重机受力恶化甚至引发臂架破坏或倾翻事故的问题,基于Winkler地基模型,考虑臂架危险截面应力与基础变形的耦合作用,应用Adams软件建立多体刚柔耦合作用模型,通过与实验数据进行对比分析,验证仿真模型的正确性和准确性。进一步分析不同的地基系数、回转速度以及起升高度对起重机臂架危险截面应力与整机倾翻稳定性的影响程度,得到特定基础条件下满足施工要求的工作参数,为履带式起重机的设计以及使用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The deformation of foundation causes the increasing of crawler crane side loading or even leads to the boom stress failure or crane tipping failure during swinging loads operation. Based on Winkler foundation, this paper established a multibody rigid-flexible simulation model considering the coupling of the crane mechanical structure and elastic foundation. The model has been verified by experimental data. Then the simulation model has been further used to analyze the influence of different elastic foundation coefficients, swinging speeds, and lifting heights on the critical cross section stress of the crane boom and the tipping stability. The conclusion is swinging loads operating requirements that can prevent stress and tipping failures for the given foundation conditions, which will provide reference for the design and safe operation of crawler cranes.
