      再生循环水网络是水系统集成技术的重要组成部分,能最大程度地减少新鲜水消耗和废水排放。多级再生循环水网络能够在保证新鲜水消耗量不变的同时降低再生成本。本文针对具有二级再生循环的单杂质水网络,建立了相关的数学模型,通过求解数学模型依次确定水网络的最小新鲜水流率、最小一级再生水流率、二级再生水流率和最优再生浓度。通过数学规划法能够快速而准确的确定二级再生循环水网络的关键参量和构建水网络。本文提出的方法和思路能够延伸至具有多级再生循环的水网络。
英文摘要:
      Water networks with regeneration recycling can minimize freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge to a maximum extent. Water networks with multi-stage regeneration recycling can effectively decrease the regeneration cost with the same freshwater consumption. In this paper, a mathematical model is presented for a two-stage regeneration recycling water network with single contaminant. Targets, including the minimal freshwater flowrate, the optimal first stage regenerated water flowrate, the optimal second stage regenerated water flowrate, and the optimal regeneration concentration, could be obtained by solving the mathematical model in sequence. The key parameters and network structure of the two-stage regeneration recycling water system can be determined quickly and accurately by mathematical programming. Methods and ideas given in this paper can be extended to water networks with multi-stage regeneration recycling.
