本文研究了在盐酸介质中,三辛胺(N235,R3N)与磷酸三丁酯(TBP,B)组成的协萃体系协同萃取铼的性能。N235-TBP协萃铼的能力强于钼,且在其摩尔浓度比为[N235]:[TBP]=1: 9时对钼铼的分离能力达到最大。与N235单独萃取体系中铼的萃合物组成(R3NH+ReO4-)不同,在pH = 1条件下,N235-TBP协萃体系中铼的萃合物组成为(R3NH+Cl-)2?HReO4?B,而在pH = 0.001条件下,该协萃体系中铼的萃合物组成为(R3NH+Cl-)?HReO4?B。此外,根据 N235-TBP协萃钼、铼的系列性能分析和探究,为钼体系中模拟料液的钼、铼分离提供依据。 |

The synergistic extraction of Rhenium(VII) from chloride media by mixtures of tri-alkylamine N235 and tri-n-butylphosphate TBP was studied in the present paper. The mixtures had higher synergistic effects on Re(VII) than that of Mo(VI), and the maximal synergistic factor was obtained at a ratio of N235 to TBP of 1 to 9. Re(VII) was extracted as (R3NH+Cl-)2.HReO4.B at pH = 1, whereas Re(VII) was extracted as (R3NH+Cl-).HReO4.B by the mixtures at pH = 0.001, instead of R3NH+ReO4- by N235 alone. Furthermore, the possibility of separating rhenium and molybdenum ions by the mixtures according to its synergistic effects and extraction ability was investigated. |
