      针对滨海盐碱土壤营养贫瘠的问题,利用海带水热碳化后的水热炭和水热碳化液改良土壤。水热炭最佳预处理工艺为温度50℃、洗涤时间5min、固液比为1:10,经过此水洗工艺洗涤后的水热炭对种子发芽指数(GI)提升了92%。水热碳化液经过5种不同方式发酵产生的发酵液,确定流加10次的发酵液对土壤肥力提升效果最佳。结果表明:单独添加水热炭能明显提升土壤的速效氮、有效磷的含量,但是对速效钾的含量提升无明显作用,而单独添加发酵液可以同时提升土壤的速效氮、有效磷和速效钾的含量。通过考察土壤的蔗糖酶、脲酶和脱氢酶活性,说明水热炭和发酵液联合使用明显强于单独施用水热炭或发酵液的肥力效果。

      Aiming at the problem of poor nutrition in saline-alkaline soil, we used hydrochar and hydrothermal carbonization liquid produced by hydrothermal carbonization of kelp to improve the fertility of soil. The optimum conditions for pretreatment technology of hydrochar were as follows: temperature was 50℃, washing time was 5 min, and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10. After the water washing process, the amendment of hydrochar in soil increased the seed germination index by 92%. On the basis of hydrothermal carbonization solution generated via five different fermentation ways, 10 times of liquid amendment exhibited the best soil fertility improvement effect. Results showed that the addition of hydrochar alone could obviously increase the available nitrogen and phosphorus content of soil, whereas the improvement of available potassium was negligible; however, the addition of fermentation liquid alone could simultaneously increase the available nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in soil. Based on soil enzymatic activities of sucrase, urease, and dehydrogenase, indicating that the use of hydrochar or fermentation liquid alone showed weaker fertility effect than hydrochar was used in combination with fermentation liquid.
