      通过一步碳化法合成磁性碳纳米吸附剂(MCNs),对不同温度下合成的纳米碳材料进行分析,探究了不同MCNs制备温度、Cr(Ⅵ)离子初始浓度、pH等因素对六价铬溶液的吸附效果的影响,获得吸附动力学规律,进一步对材料进行了循环吸附-解吸实验。实验结果表明:在25℃、pH=2、Cr(Ⅵ)离子初始浓度50 mg/L、吸附剂用量50 mg下,接触时间为2 h时,MCN700对的Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率和吸附量分别可达96.90%和56.28 mg/g。吸附动力学拟合结果更贴合伪二级动力学方程,表明MCN700对溶液中六价铬的吸附以化学吸附为主。MCN700经过6次吸附-解吸实验后吸附率下降11.61%,表明材料具有较好的稳定性和再生能力。因此,该MCNs吸附剂适用于酸性六价铬废水的处理。

      Magnetic carbon nano-adsorbents (MCNs) were synthesized by one-step carbonization method, and the microstructures of MCNS synthesized at different temperatures were analyzed. The effects of MCNs’ synthesis temperature, Cr(VI) concentration, pH were investigated.The adsorption kinetics were obtained and the cyclic adsorption-desorption experiment was further carried out. The experimental results showed that the maximum removal percentage and adsorption capacity of chromium is 96.90% and 56.28 mg/g at 25℃ ,with an initial concentration of 50 mg /L,pH=2,adsorbent dosage 50 mg and contact time of 2h. The adsorption kinetics fitting results are more suitable for pseudo-second-order kinetic equations, indicating that the adsorption of hexavalent chromium by MCN700 is mainly chemical adsorption. After 6 times of adsorption-desorption experiment, the adsorption rate of MCN700 decreased by 11.61%, indicating that MCN700 has good stability and regeneration ability. Therefore, MCN700 is suitable for the removal of acidic hexavalent chromium wastewater.
