      利用磨细矿粉(GGBS)与水玻璃的碱激发反应,且使用高弹性苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液作为原材料制备聚合物水玻璃基新型防水涂料,本文主要对比分析三种共聚物乳液对涂膜物理性能的影响,并从反应过程、矿物组成、微观结构等方面探究影响其物理性能的内在原因。主要结论如下:BATF 300S乳液更适用于该新型防水涂膜,且具有优异的力学性能。这是由于其反应程度最大,生成更多的C-S-H凝胶。C-S-H凝胶,方解石及羧酸钙的生成为涂膜提供主要强度,乳液为防水涂膜提供柔性。该防水涂膜由于使用矿粉替代水泥作为原材料,生产的涂膜性能优良,弥补现有刚性和柔性防水涂料性能和工艺等方面的不足,且生产过程绿色环保,因此具有良好的应用前景。

      This paper investigated a novel waterproof coating that was produced by GGBS activated by water-glass and styrene-acrylate copolymer. The effect of the three types of emulsions on the mechanical properties of waterproof coatings was investigated to explore the mechanism of strength development of the waterproof coatings from the reaction process, mineral composition, and microstructure. Results show that the BATF 300S emulsion was a better chose for the novel waterproof coating for its favorable mechanical properties, which was attributed to the high degree of reaction that produced more content of C-S-H gel during the coatings production processes. C-S-H gel, calcite, and carboxylic acid calcium enhanced the strength of this new waterproof coating, and emulsions enhanced the flexibility of coatings. This coating is of good application prospects, because it 1) shows a better environmental benefit as no cement was used for coating; 2) shows favorable mechanical properties; 3) covers the shortage of the existing, rigid and flexible waterproof coating.
