      在人耳三维有限元模型的基础上,建立了听骨链置换三维有限元模型.模型中置换物将替代听骨链,将声音从鼓膜传递至镫骨底板.利用此数值模型研究了完全听骨链置换、锤骨保留与否及鼓膜重建对镫骨底板振动的影响.用数值方法解释了听骨链置换对传声的影响,以期为中耳疾病治疗及置换物设计提供力学参考.

      A three-dimensional finite element model of ossicular chain replacement prosthesis is proposed based on the finite element model of human ear. In the proposed model, the ossicular chain was replaced by the ossicular chain replacement prosthesis to translate the sound from tympanic membrane to stapes footplate. This finite element model was employed to predict the effects of the total ossicular chain replacement prosthesis, the keeping or giving up of the malleus, and the reconstruction of the tympanic membrane on vibration of stapes footplate. The effect of the ossicular chain replacement on sound transmission is explained based on numerical method. The results are useful for the therapy of the pathologic changes in the middle ear and the design of the prosthesis.
