针对工业网络通信中多种现场总线存在的异构性,提出了一种新的多协议转换通信模型,设计了异构总线多协议网关;采用数据映射和命令缓冲方法,实现了在过程级和现场级两级总线之间的异步访问,有效提高了通信转换效率.对过程级监控设备中数据刷新速度的分析及所设计网关在电除尘监控系统中的应用表明:所提出的异构总线多协议网关设计方法可避免过程级异构总线设备同时访问现场设备时的通信冲突,能够有效减小系统采集周期,并能充分发挥过程级总线高速通信的优势. |

In order to solve the communication problems in the heterogeneous field buses of
industrial network, a communication conversion model is proposed, and a multi-protocol
gateway is designed. For improving communication conversion efficiency, the data mapping
mechanism and the command queue method are presented, and the communications between the
process-level buses and the field-level buses are processed asynchronously. In addition,
the data updating performance of the process-level supervision device is analyzed, and the
gateway is applied into the factual electrostatic precipitation supervision system. The
analysis and application show that the gateway can avoid the communication conflict in case
of accessing the field-level devices simultaneously, decrease the system acquisition cycle
efficiently, and exploit the advantage of high speed communication in the process-level
bus. |
