| Aiming at the problems of complex temporal constraints in delegation process, which
include the time, system resources and conflict events, the detailed characteristics and
forms are analyzed, and the realization algorithm about the role-based delegation model
under the complex temporal constraints is given. Through several e-government system
applications and tests, a better performance of the proposed method is shown. |
