      针对我国南海环境条件下超深水海洋油气资源开发中的特有问题,提出一种新型超深水海洋油气开发装置概念——张力系泊式水中生产系统(subsurface tension leg production system),简称STLP系统.STLP系统具备水中完井和油气外输功能以及各种浮式生产平台.阐述了STLP系统的基本工作原理,初步研究了该系统的概念设计方法以及安装方案,并对其水动力性能进行了数值模拟计算.

      An innovative concept of ultra-deep water oil production device named after subsurface tension leg production (STLP) system is introduced, which is a competing alternative for solving unique problems encountered in ultra-deep water in South China Sea. STLP system is aimed to act as the subsurface well completion system and exporting system together with any floating production system. Its basic operation principle is described. A preliminary study on the concept design method and installation scheme of STLP system, as well as numerical analysis of its hydrodynamics is presented.
