      为解决沥青路面铺筑过程中产生大量沥青烟气这一问题,以LT70#沥青为基质沥青,在其中添加抑烟剂制备抑烟沥青,并对沥青烟气的产生及抑制机理进行分析.首先,通过烟气评测装置对初选的4种抑烟剂进行抑烟效果评测,优选出可膨胀石墨(EG)和氢氧化铝(ATH)作为沥青的抑烟剂;然后,结合基本物理性能分析,确定EG、ATH的最佳掺量;最后,通过沥青四组分、荧光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及热重(TG)试验对沥青烟气的产生及抑制机理进行分析.结果表明:EG、ATH的最佳复配比例为1.0%EG+7.5%ATH,烟气抑制率可达18.7%;抑制沥青烟气的产生,需要降低沥青轻质组分的挥发和沥青中一些较大分子的裂解;EG、ATH在沥青中分布均匀,两者的共同作用使得沥青烟气的产生量降低,TG试验中复合抑烟沥青的质量剩余率为20.74%,较基质沥青提高29%.

      In order to solve the problem that a large amount of asphalt smoke will be generated in the process of asphalt pavement paving, taking LT70# asphalt as the matrix asphalt and adding smoke suppression agents into the asphalt to prepare the smoke suppression asphalt, and the generation and suppression mechanism of asphalt smoke is analyzed. Firstly, the smoke suppression effect of the four initially selected smoke suppression agents is evaluated by the smoke evaluation device, and the expandable graphite (EG) and aluminum hydroxide (ATH) are optimally selected as smoke suppression agents of asphalt. Then, combined with the analysis of basic physical properties, the optimal dosages of EG and ATH are determined. Finally, the generation and suppression mechanisms of the asphalt smoke are analyzed by asphalt four components test, fluorescence microscope test, scan electron microscope (SEM) test and thermal gravity (TG) test. The results show that the best mixture ratio of the two kinds of smoke suppression agents is 1.0% EG+7.5% ATH, and the smoke suppression rate can reach 18.7%. To suppress the generation of asphalt smoke, it is necessary to reduce the volatilization of the light components of the asphalt and the cracking of some larger molecules in the asphalt. EG and ATH are evenly distributed in the asphalt, and the combined effect of the two components reduces the production of asphalt smoke, and the mass residual rate of the composite smoke suppression asphalt in TG test is 20.74%, which is 29% higher than that of the matrix asphalt.
