      因舰载武器装备升级等因素对水面舰船水动力节能技术的需求逐步增大.以标准船模DTMB 5415为研究对象,设计完全参数化的船体几何重构方案,分别采用计算流体力学(CFD)与Holtrop法对样本船模进行阻力预报,构建基于BP神经网络的高、低精度近似模型.通过高精度模型对低精度模型进行修正,得到可替代CFD数值计算的变精度模型(VFM).该VFM可解决CFD硬件要求高、计算耗时长的缺点,且满足工程优化的精度要求.基于遗传算法在VFM上进行自动寻优迭代,得到球艏线性尺寸的全局最优解.通过CFD技术对优化后船模进行数值计算,所得阻力结果优于基准设计模型,表明基于VFM的优化思路适用于船型阻力优化.

      Factors such as the upgrade of shipborne weapons and equipment have gradually increased the demand for the hydrodynamic energy-saving technology of surface ships. Taking the standard ship model DTMB 5415 as the research object, a fully parameterized hull geometry reconstruction scheme is designed. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and Holtrop method are used to predict the resistance of the sample ship model, and high and low precision approximate models based on BP neural network are constructed. The low precision model is modified by the high precision model to obtain the variable fidelity model (VFM), which can replace the CFD numerical calculation. This VFM can solve the problem of high hardware requirements and calculation time-consuming of CFD, and meets the accuracy requirements of engineering optimization. Based on genetic algorithm, automatic optimization iteration is carried out on VFM, and the global optimal solution of bulbous bow linear size is obtained. The numerical calculation of the optimized ship model by CFD technology shows that the resistance result is better than that of the benchmark design model, indicating that the optimization method based on VFM is applicable to the optimization of ship resistance.
