      波转子作为一种非定常流动设备,工作时膨胀侧和压缩侧被接触面隔开,可以实现传统压缩机无法完成的两相增压过程.有机工质在波转子内会发生复杂的相变流动,其气波作用规律及增压特性研究是一项重要工作.为此建立了有机工质两相激波管数值求解模型,计算得到了激波管内气波两相作用规律及增压特性.结果表明:两相激波管闪蒸增压过程中,不仅发生了液体闪蒸,还存在气体再冷凝现象;对于纯液相闪蒸增压,在初始压比为6的情况下,R134a的一次增压比可以达到1.7,且在相同条件下R134a的二次增压比要比R23的高17.4%;对于不同液相体积分数下的闪蒸增压,部分液相闪蒸随着液相体积分数的增加,增压效应逐渐减小.

      As a kind of unsteady flow equipment, the wave rotor is separated from the expansion side and the compression side by the contact surface during operation, which can realize the two-phase pressurization process that can not be completed by the traditional compressor. Complex phase change flow of organic working medium occurs in the wave rotor. It is an important work to study the gas wave action laws and pressurization characteristics of organic working medium with phase change. To solve this problem, a numerical model of two-phase shock tube with organic working medium is established, and the gas wave two-phase interaction laws and pressurization characteristics in the shock tube are calculated. The results show that not only liquid flash but also gas recondensation occurs in the process of two-phase shock tube flash pressurization. For pure liquid flash pressurization, the primary pressurization ratio of R134a can reach 1.7 when the initial pressure ratio is 6, and the secondary pressurization ratio of R134a is 17.4% higher than that of R23 under the same conditions. For flash pressurization under different liquid volume fractions, the pressurization effect of partial liquid flash decreases gradually with the increase of liquid volume fraction.
