Through orthogonal experimental design, the conductive properties of conductive concrete based on vehicle overload early warning system are explored under the condition of mixing ratio of different conductive materials. The experimental results show that within the load of 1.2 MPa, the conductive properties increase with the increase of load, but the increase trend gradually decays. Through pressure sensitivity analysis, it is obtained that the optimum mixing ratios are that the steel fiber volume fraction is 0.15%, the graphite volume fraction is 1.00%, the carbon fiber volume fraction is 0.35% and the silicon ash mass fraction is 3.50%. The influences of the four conductive materials on the pressure sensitivity and resistance of the conductive concrete from strong to weak are steel fiber, silicon ash, graphite, carbon fiber and silicon ash, steel fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, respectively. With the increase of the number of rolling times, the pressure sensitivity of the specimen is reduced and the pressure sensitivity characteristics tend to be stable, the pressure sensitivity of the fourth test decreases by 3.5%, and the current-load curve increases firstly then decreases.
