      为节约风力发电机成本,通过从多个维度权衡风力发电机综合效益、处理定性指标与定量指标的关系、解决定性指标主观因素过大的问题,针对风力发电机部件进行初步选型,确定了需要绿色选型的4种部件,即发电机驱动、变桨、偏航、主传动.基于可持续性评价框架,在全生命周期评价的基础上引入全生命周期成本分析,针对风力发电机制造、安装、使用过程的不同特点引入技术因素,建立部件绿色选型综合评价指标体系.从3个维度分别收集和计算风力发电机部件评价指标值,其中采用切削比能的方法解决加工过程能量消耗数据缺失的问题.在此基础上构建可持续性综合评价模型,建立风力发电机部件评价目标,采用蚁群算法优化最合适的参数.用优化后的模型参数对风力发电机可选部件进行评价,选取综合效益指标最高的部件用于设计和生产.

      To save the cost of wind turbine, by balancing the comprehensive benefits of wind turbines from multiple dimensions, dealing with the relationship between qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators, and solving the problem of excessive subjective factors of qualitative indicators, the preliminary selection of wind turbine components is conducted and four types of components requiring green selection are identified, which are generator drive, pitch, yaw and main transmission. Based on the sustainability evaluation framework, a comprehensive evaluation index system for component green selection is established by introducing full life cycle cost analysis on the basis of full life cycle assessment and technical factors according to the different characteristics of wind turbine manufacturing, installation and use processes. The evaluation index values of wind turbine components from three dimensions are collected and calculated, and the problem of energy consumption data loss in the processing process is solved by using the method of cutting specific energy. Based on this, the sustainability comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, the evaluation objectives for wind turbine components are established, and the most appropriate parameters are optimized by using ant colony algorithm. The optimized model parameters are used to evaluate the results of wind turbine component selection, and the components with the highest comprehensive benefit index are selected for the design and production.
