      为有效解决半刚性基层路面易产生反射裂缝的问题,采用新型材料贫沥青碎石作为缓解层。为研究其抗裂效果,通过模拟实际道路中车轮作用,开发出一种简单易行的抗裂性能试验方法。以开裂寿命、断裂寿命和裂缝发展速率作为抗反射裂缝能力评价指标,分析不同沥青用量的贫沥青碎石和6种不同抗裂材料的抗裂效果,进一步选取抗变形,渗水性能和抗冲刷能力进行路用性能验证。结果表明:材料开裂后,在开裂和断裂寿命基础上采用裂缝发展速率评价抗裂效果更直观合理;贫沥青碎石在最佳沥青用量下抗反射裂缝能力最优,6种材料抗裂效果依次为LAG2>LAG3>LAG1>ATB-25>ATPB-25>AC-25;贫沥青碎石各项路用性能指标均符合要求,可作为半刚性路面缓解层来延长道路使用寿命。

      To effectively solve the semi-rigid pavement prone to reflective cracking problems, a new kind of material lean asphalt gravel was proposed as the intermediate structural layer. In order to study its anti-cracking effect, a simple test method was developed by simulating the wheel function in the actual road. As the evaluation index of anti-reflection fracture ability with cracking life, fracture life and fracture development rate, analyzed the anti-cracking effect under different asphalt content of lean asphalt gravel and six anti-cracking materials, selected anti-deformation, water seepage performance and anti-scour ability for road performance verification. The results show that after the material is cracked, it"s more intuitive to use the crack development rate to evaluate the effect; The anti-reflective crack ability of lean asphalt was optimal in the optimum asphalt content, and of six materials were in turn, LAG2>LAG3>LAG1>ATB-25>ATPB-25>AC-25; The performance indexes of LAG are all in accordance with the requirements, which can be used as a relief layer to prolong the life of the road.
