飞机电传操纵杆系统是飞机电传操纵系统的前端,其可靠性直接影响飞机操稳特性和安全性。针对提高飞机电传操纵杆系统可靠性的问题,研究了基于GO法(Goal-Oriented Methodology)的飞机电传操纵杆系统余度设计方法,提出了一种提高飞机电传操纵杆系统可靠性的GO分析设计方法,完成了具有多组件余度参数的飞机电传操纵杆系统GO图和GO运算,推导了可靠度计算公式,得出了高可靠性飞机电传操纵杆系统设计的相关理论,给出了GO法应用于飞机电传操纵杆系统余度设计的新思路。结论表明,这种基于GO法的飞机电传操纵杆系统余度分析设计方法计算精确,能快速得出优化余度设计,是一种可行的系统分析设计方法。 |

Aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system is the front end of aircraft fly-by-wire system, and the reliability of aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system influences the control-stability and security directly. Aim at the reliability enhancement problem of aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system, the redundancy design method based on GO methodology is studied and a new GO analysis design method for aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system reliability is proposed. The GO model and GO operation of aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system with multi-component redundancy parameters are presented. The reliability calculation formula of aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system with multi-component redundancy is derived. The design theory of aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system with high reliability is obtained. A new approach to apply GO methodology to aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system redundancy design is provided. The design example shows that reliability analysis and redundancy design method of the aircraft fly-by-wire joystick system based on GO methodology is accurate and can quickly obtain the optimal redundancy design parameters, which is a feasible method of system analysis and design. |
