      以立体垂直筛板为原型,通过设计气液接触分离过程,提出了一种立式喷射旋流塔板(VJST)。通过设计单变量实验方案,考察了阀孔动能因子(F因子)、底座进口、导流叶片角度对塔板压降、液相提升量等性能影响。结果表明:VJST塔板液相提升量随F因子增加呈现先增加再减小的趋势,随旋流叶片角度增加而增加,由于底座两相进口存在耦合关系,对液相提升量呈现出非线性影响。实验测试中最大操作弹性5.2,具有较高的应用前景。

      On the basis of the vertical sieve plate, a vertical jet swirl tray was designed by proposing a new contact and separation process between gas and liquid. The effects of the F-factor, base inlet and swirl blade angle on pressure drop, liquid lifting capacity of the tray were investigated by univariate experiments.The results showed that the lifting capacity of the VJST increased first and then decreased with the increase of the F-factor, and the increase of the blade angle. and due to a coupling relationship of the gas-liquid inlet. a non-linear impact on the lifting capacity was presented. The maximum operating flexibility in the experimental test is 5.2, which has a high application prospect.
