      随着天然气田的开采,井口压力会逐渐降低。针对引射器在变工况下也能够高效运行的工作需求,设计加工了一台中心环缝射流式引射器,并对喷嘴的调节性能及变工况的适应性进行了实验研究。结果表明:喷嘴位移量?Lx在设计范围内可以在工况不变时实现高压流量约30%的调节;压缩比固定,随着?Lx的增加,最佳膨胀比和引射率峰值均提高,且在大膨胀比下仍能维持70%以上的引射率,表明此技术可通过调节?Lx适应变膨胀比的工作需求;膨胀比固定,增大?Lx可以大幅提高最大引射率,但会减小稳定引射的压缩比范围;根据实验数据拟合出设备?Lx与膨胀比与压缩比的关系式。
英文摘要:
      As the gas field is developed, the wellhead pressure will gradually decrease. In order to meet the requirement of efficient operation of ejector under variable working conditions, a central annular jet ejector is designed and fabricated, and the nozzle adjustment performance and variable working condition adaptability are experimentally studied. The results show that the nozzle displacement ?Lx can adjust the high-pressure flow rate by about 30% under the same working condition within the design range. The compression ratio is fixed, and with the increase of ?Lx, both the optimum expansion ratio and the peak ejector rate increase, and the ejector rate can still be more than 70% under the large expansion ratio, which indicates that the technique can be adapted to the work requirements of variable expansion ratio by adjusting ?Lx; The expansion ratio is fixed, and increasing ?Lx can greatly increase the maximum ejector rate, but decrease the compression ratio range of stable ejection; fit the relationship between equipment Δ Lx and expansion ratio and compression ratio based on experimental data.
